Returns and Exchanges

We want to make sure you have the best experience with our shop possible. If there is anything wrong with your order, please contact us, and we’ll make it right.

We will gladly refund or exchange items that are incorrect or damaged upon receipt. Please report any issues with your order within 14 days of receipt of our products.  

All items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of your products. To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Upon inspecting item received, your return or exchange with be processed and a refund or store credit will be sent.

Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.



You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Incorrect orders or products damaged upon receipt will be refunded shipping costs.
